Lutalica Gifts is a small business based in the Netherlands and we ship our products mainly within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 15:00 o'clock during the weekdays, will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
- We offer free shipping on orders over €60.
- For orders under €60, the following flat-rate costs apply:
- Netherlands: €3
- Belgium: €5
- Germany: €5
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium: 2–5 business days
- Germany: 2–6 business days
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, busy periods, or customs processing.
Carriers
- Orders are shipped using trusted shipping partners such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD. The carrier may vary depending on destination, package size, or service availability.

If you are located in another EU country and wish to place an order, please contact us at sales@lutalica.nl — we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Contact us at sales@lutalicageschenken.com within 7 days.
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will help resolve the issue with the carrier.
