Return conditions

Return period:

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions:

Custom-made products, or products with a short shelf life cannot be returned.
Hygiene products, such as earrings or cosmetics, can only be returned if they are unused.

Please contact us via the contact form to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping instructions:

We will send you a return label and instructions for returning the item.
Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Refund:

After we have received and checked the return shipment, you will receive a refund within 14 days.
